Questions studio owners ask

Does elastudio take a percentage of my sales?

No. On every plan, including Free, elastudio takes nothing from your sales. Members pay you through your own Stripe account, and you pay Stripe its processing fees directly, as you would on any platform.

Can my members pay with Pix?

Yes. Checkout offers Pix and card together. On Starter and above, Pix can go straight to your studio’s bank account and the booking confirms itself.

Do my members need to download an app?

No. They book on your booking pages or inside your own website, and can add your studio to their home screen as an app with your name and logo.

Can I move my members over from a spreadsheet or another system?

Yes. Import your members from a spreadsheet (CSV) and match the columns to elastudio’s fields. Write to support@elastudio.app if you want a hand.

Is it in English and Portuguese?

Yes. Every page, e-mail and receipt works in English and Brazilian Portuguese, and each member chooses their language.
